Have been using the above book with much success with ds's 9+ 13. We usually read it as part of our morning readalouds right after our current Swallow's and Amazon's novel. I read,sip my coffee, and the boys eat their porridge!Here is a quote from today's reading which I think ties in quite nicely with the images in this video!
There are more than a few Catholics who do not know how to find what they are reading at Mass on Sundays. Catholics often fall prey to the lie that the Catholic Church doesn't allow its followers to read the Bible. Nothing could be further from the truth. Most of the prayers and responses from the Mass are taken directly from Scripture. There is never a celebration of the Mass in which the Bible is not read.
