The Three minute retreat

Here is part of  the three-minute retreat at Loyola Press yesterday. Sometimes it only takes a few words to speak so deeply to our hearts

We need not always look beyond,  but in the depths of our own hearts. For it is there we can hear the voice of God guiding is.

O God my divine guide. I forget that you are right here now. I forget that you have graced me with your holy insight if I but open myself to its possibility and say yes.
