Trees are for climbing

At the park today the boys ran to show me this "tree-house" bush..sorry I don't know what it is...maybe a follower could help me out(!!). This lead to an exploration of climbing because you really need to climb high to get anywhere these days!

But proper trees are what its all really about!

You have to get really high before you can see the view!

I love the texture of tree trunks! That gnarled and aged look!

I couldn't resist snapping this shot with clouds and the rest of nature all "working together"

I wonder ~ will we love the texture of the aged and gnarled look when we look in the mirror and it's us??? lol

Perhaps we'll just see the beauty of Jesus looking back at us.

Have a wonderful week,
Blessings,
Jillian ♥

Sort of on this topic, or a tangent from it(!) have you read "Till we have faces" by C.S Lewis.

Having spent years as an outdoors labourer and on motorbikes, I don't need to wait.
I'm at peace with it now.
I just avoid magnifying mirrors.
Scary.
