"the hills are alive!"

Last Friday we met up with some families to look at birds in the Adelaide hills. One mother who wasn't able to be there herself had thoughtfully provided a checklist of birds for us to look for.Some interesting discussions took place on the types of ducks
and water birds we saw and I think we all came away learning something new!Of course as its autumn I couldn't resist taking a few snaps of "the season' and my two boys were delighted to find another type of mushroom to add to their "collection".
